Prepared Food Vendor Form

Prepared Food Vendor Fee

Vendor Fee $450.00. 

If you are not accepted at the festival your check will be returned

For guaranteed placement on Centre Square add $100. Centre Square spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

For a wider space add $100 per additional 10 feet. 

Check should be made out to: “Easton Garlic Fest”

 

Application Process for The Easton Garlic Fest

  1. Complete the online "Prepared Food Vendor Contract" below.
     

  2. Print, sign, and mail the "Festival Rules and Regulations Form" to Easton Garlic Fest.
    Mailing Address: Easton Garlic Fest, 20 North 3rd Street, Easton, PA 18042
     

  3. Mail a check for your total Vendor Fee (include with above form).

  4. Complete a certificate of Insurance naming The City of Easton and The Easton Garlic Fest as additional insureds.
    VENDOR must furnish FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT with a Certificate of Insurance with liability limit of no less than $1,000,000 and shall name the City of Easton, the Easton Garlic Fest, its directors and officers as “additional insured” and the City of Easton as the premises for the event.
     

  5. If you have never been a vendor at Easton Garlic Fest make sure to include a photo of your booth in the online form below.​
     

  6. Complete the steps necessary for the City of Easton on line here

Prepared Food Vendor Contract

A fully completed online application and a mailed in Rules & Regulations Form & Vendor Fee must be submitted to Easton Garlic Fest by September 1, 2023 or vendor will not be accepted.

 Please mail this amount with your rules & regulations & insurance form

Any product or item not specified in the contract will not be allowed anytime during this contract period. No VENDOR, unless specified by FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT, shall have an exclusive on any product.
