THE MAYOR'S COOK-OFF 2:00 PM
The tradition continues as we bring Mayors and a Chef from one of their Cities Restaurants together to compete to see which City has the best food!
This year we offer up the classic Easton - Phillipsburg time honored rivalry as Mayor Sal Panto of Easton, along with Executive Chef/Owner Paul Rojratana of LaKang Thai-French Cuisine, host Mayor Randy Piazza of Phillipsburg NJ, and Executive Chef/Owner Wilson Patiño of Rapaen Cuisine go garlic head-to-head. These seasoned Chefs will have to overcome a time limit, and the assistance of untrained Mayors acting as their Sous Chefs.
Come watch a spirited exchange of Civic pride and garlic sizzlin in the pans!

THE STINKIN' ROSE RELAY 4:00 PM
**NEW THIS YEAR**
Wait until you see what we have cooked up for our chefs! We will present 4 Chefs and one meal. Choosing from an array of fresh food in our pantry, these 4 chefs will each work on the same meal, one after the other, for 10 minutes each. What's the catch? They cannot talk to each other, or watch each other cook. They are going to have to figure out what the Chefs before them were thinking and try to advance the meal until it is plated up. Will they achieve culinary harmony, or a stinkin' confusing meal?

Our featured Chefs are
Executive Chef Abe Lopez of Stoke Coal Fire Pizza
Executive Chef Cristian Gonzalez of The Shelby
Chef Owner Amanda Cox of Foxi Ice Cream
Executive Chef Adan Campos of Sette Luna
