Merchandise Vendor Fee

Vendor Fee $375

If you are not accepted at the festival your check will be returned

There is an additional $100.00 fee for placement on Centre Square

For a wider space add $100.00 per additional 10’

 

Submit ALL of the following to The Easton Garlic Fest

  1. Complete the online Vendor Contract below – clearly describe items you will be selling

  2. Print, sign, and mail the "Festival Rules and Regulations Form" to Easton Garlic Fest

  3. Mail a check for your total Vendor Fee (include with above form).

  4. A Certificate of Insurance (#1 of 2 certificates needed)
    INSURANCE - VENDOR must furnish FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT with a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE with a liability limit of no less than $1,000,000 and shall name the Easton Garlic Fest, its directors and officers as “additional insured” and the Easton Garlic Fest, 20 N 3rd Street, Easton PA 18042, as the Certificate Holder

  5. If you have never been a vendor at Easton Garlic Fest make sure to include a photo of your booth in the online form below.​

  6. Checks should be made out to “The Easton Garlic Fest” and all paperwork mailed to:
    The Easton Garlic
    20 North 3rd Street
    Easton , PA 18042

Submit the following to City of Easton

  1. City of Easton Business license. If you do not already have one follow this link to apply online eastonpa.portal.opengov.com

  2. Temporary Food Establishment License. Anyone selling food, prepared or packaged, must apply for a temporary license from the Health Department.

  3. A separate certificate of Insurance for the City of Easton
    INSURANCE - VENDOR must furnish THE CITY OF EASTON with a Certificate of Insurance with liability limit of no less than $1,000,000 and shall name the City of Easton as “additional insured” and the City of Easton, 123 South Third Street, Easton PA, 18042 as the certificate holder

Vendors are required to offer at least one item for sale that emphasizes a garlic theme. A strong garlic themed menu or products are expected by our patrons.

 

Acceptance and placement will be based on past participation, date and receipt of fully filled out application and garlic themed offerings.

Please note - If you create a Facebook event you may NOT title it “Easton Garlic Fest” but rather the name of your business at Easton Garlic Fest.

We are looking forward to a fun and successful day for everyone involved and are delighted to have you join us as we Eat, Drink and Stink in Historic Downtown Easton PA.

Merchandise Vendor Contract

A fully completed online application and a mailed in Rules & Regulations Form & Vendor Fee must be submitted to Easton Garlic Fest by September 1, 2024 or vendor will not be accepted.

Please mail this amount with your rules & regulations & insurance form

Any product or item not specified in the contract will not be allowed anytime during this contract period. No VENDOR, unless specified by FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT, shall have an exclusive on any product.

ELECTRICITY
1. THERE IS LIMITED ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY. ANY ELECTRIC NEEDS MUST BE FULLY DISCUSSED AND AGREED TO IN ADVANCE OF THE FESTIVAL. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE FESTIVAL CAN ACCOMMODATE THE ELECTRICAL NEEDS OF THE VENDOR.
2. Only silent generators will be allowed and may affect the placement of VENDOR
3. If you have a generator please give us the make and model and we will let you know if it is acceptable
